Your purchase of the goods specified in our website is subject to these terms and conditions. Bedding Design reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints relating to Products displayed on the site, including after such Products have been ordered.
Bedding Design reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, reject or cancel orders in our sole discretion. Delivery lead times are estimates only and cannot be guarantteed.
Should you cancel an order after payment is received either in the form of a deposit or full payment a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged. After supply of goods, Bedding Design is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. Goods will be held for a maximum of 7 days and storage fees will apply thereafter.
The delivery fee is for one delivery only. If no one is present to receive delivered goods on an arranged day and a second delivery is required you will be charged for the second delivery fee.
All outstanding balances must be paid to Bedding Design prior to delivery of goods. Please check all goods carefully, as later claims for damage may not be accepted. Manufacture faults relating to self-assembly products must be reported within 7 days.
Bedding Design provides a 2 year warranty from purchase date. We guarantee to rectify, repair or replace any defects in materials and workmanship from our range applying to the structural framework of our beds. The warranty does NOT cover: change of mind, wrong colour choice, rips, creasing, fading of fabric or leather, or damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning. Sewing of seams and zippers are covered by a one year warranty only.
In the rare circumstances a problem should occur, please contact us providing proof of purchase.
So, please keep your receipts.

It is at our complete discretion to offer a refund, exchange or credit. Please remember, refunds or returns are only available where the product is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible and liable to pay all transport costs in regards the goods being returned. Some custom-made products may be excluded from this return policy.
If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion and at no cost to you. It is important that you notify us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, as we will be unable to accept your claim after this point. Please make sure you hold on to the original packaging and proof of purchase. Confirmation of damage may be required by photograph or damage assessment.
